We take receipt of a completed registration as acceptance of the terms and conditions as stipulated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your registration will be possible prior to the event on the following terms by sending an email to admin@jonaughton.com
– Cancellation two months or more prior to an event: 90% refund
– Cancellation one month or more prior to an event: 50% refund
– Cancellation less than one month prior to an event: no refund
Transfer Policy
In the event that a registrant can no longer attend, booked spaces can be transferred to another party by sending an email to admin@jonaughton.com giving the full name of the person who can no longer attend and the name, address, email and telephone number of the person attending in their place. Please note that receipt of an email requesting a transfer will be taken as receipt by the new party of terms and conditions as stipulated.
Admission
Payment must be received in full prior to the event. Access will not be permitted if payment has not been received.
Insurance
Healed for Life cannot accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to attendees, either during, or as a result of the event.
